This was a conversation I had few minutes ago with my just turned 6 years old niece! Today is election day in Brasil and as you can see everybody gets involved. Vote is obligatory in Brasil in small towns as the one Maria Luiza, my niece, leaves, election is a very serious business and the kids get involved on it.
I like this behavior because I believe that part of the process of being a citizen is to be part of the community and therefore be part of the elections, getting serious about voting!
I can see another conscientious citizen emerging from my 6 years old niece. That's something good to look at!
*Tia Dadá literally means Auntie Dadá! Dadá is one of my nicknames
**Edilamar is a woman, actual mayor of Tupaciguara and running for the 2nd time
**Alexandre is a man who was a mayor before and he is running also for the 2nd time

Tia dada, Mr Anon's note sounds very interesting, however, it is strange that he has mentioned Brizilians of different origins - Italians, Japanese, Arab, German, Spanish, and Polish, but no 'Indians'!
'I' am curious, 'I' seek a second opinion on the subject. Is it because of time being too remote and therefore out of reach of present day historians?
I forgot to add that wrt to Carnaval pictures you had presented I had once earlier also indicated to you that I find 'bahiyas' in Brasil.
And, interestingly, the word 'bahya' - in Sanskrit, the ancient Indian language - means 'outside' or 'external' or 'thus maybe 'foreigners' in Brasil, in long lost past came to be known as 'Bahiyas'...
Mr Anon, I got the reply from the internet how the Portuguese first met the natives in Brasil who called themselves as 'indians'...
You referred to gemstones: agate , carnelien , rose quartz , rutilated quartz , citrine , jasper , garnet, etc...I am curious to know how these are used, that is their purpose?
Thanks! Mr. Anon. I use some particular gemstones about which I learnt from some ancient writings, believed related with different planets, for improving human efficiency...Of course, their use in necklace etc. is quite common...
